1. TOOL LIFE MANAGEMENT

COMPANY-SPECIFIC ROBOTIC AUTOMATION PROJECT

Examples Of Applications » INDUSTRY 4.0

“By integrating the robot into the system, we want to ensure the wear and automatic change of the tools when they are blunted without any interference, and the continuity of production in this way,” says our customer. Of course, first of all, we learn the customer's expectations for the subject. If the expectations are reasonable, we offer solutions by showing additions and examples. If accepted, we begin our work.

The Goodway machines which we sell ; have the Load Monitor feature that indicates difficulty and the Tool Life features available as an option in the Fanuc control system, but it is standard on our Goodway machines. We collaborated with Renishaw to provide solutions. With Renishaw, we implemented macro program work. We have made this application to work in sync with Load Monitor, Tool Life, machine Plc and robot. For example, when a strain alarm is sounded, the system continues to process the part, but saves the forced tool in its memory. It waits for the end of the piece and then this information is transferred to the robot.

The machine calls the memory set, the robot takes the material and waits for the machine to complete the measurement process. In practice here, if the amount of blunting is within the tolerance we give, the new team he measures throws that set. If it is not in tolerance, it automatically activates the spare set in the machine turret instead of the blunted team.

In addition to this, it also performs fracture detection of tool tips. It also checks the team life cycle, informs the robot that it is out of Life, shows the robot in the hold position and on the screen as a warning that the team ends need to be changed. This way, if the system is running 8 hours before this work is done, it can now run continuously for 16 hours. At the same time, the quality control process can take place during production.

1.1. DOKTAS PROJECT

Pt100 heat-measuring sensor with the help of the boron material oil temperature can be measured instantaneously and this machine NC system continuous macro variable in the system by writing the expansion-induced error of the part according to the heat cutting conditions by changing the same tolerance to process software and equipment.

1.2. ASAS CNC & ERP INTEGRATION

SAP (MII) projects provide some functional data retrieval (number of parts , program number, alarm status, operation time, machine operation status etc.) from CNC machines and transparent monitoring of the machines to provide flexibility and adaptability in the production process Industry 4.0 support is provided.

3.2 EGE FREN PROJECT

TEZMAKSAN was prepared for Industry 4.0 with robotic automation application. TEZMAKSAN R & D team made all PLC software and interface programs and integrated Brother R650X1 with robot.

3.3 ESTAS ROBOT PROJECT

One of the important problems when you try to take a step on the robot is to know the features and capabilities of the machine ... We aim to perform other operations in a single module. 5 machines have been managed by a single robot arm, which has created a tremendous opportunity to reduce the depreciation period of the machine. There are dozens of similar applications. You will be able to feed 5-6 machines with a robotic arm to perform many operations, serialize, overcome problems and serialize depreciation so that you can ensure the depreciation of the workforce.
