Quality Policy
As Tezmaksan Makine Sanayi and Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Tezmaksan" or "Company") and its subsidiaries, with respect to the matters within our field of activity; we have aimed to satisfy the legal requirements, to provide services in a way to meet needs and expectations of our customers, suppliers and 3rd party addressees, and to ensure access to the services provided in a quality, fast and safe manner.
In accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 requirements, our Quality Policy has created value for the needs and expectations of our customers, and all interested parties with its safe, high quality and innovative service understanding and has undertaken;
- To ensure that all necessary processes have been established and carried out with a risk-based approach in order to provide fast, safe, solution-oriented timely and uninterrupted service,
- Toprovideunerringmanagementof communication bydescribingthecommunicationchannelswithcustomers, shareholdersandcontractors while creating an internal environment in which our employees can take full part in achieving the quality goals of the organization with activities aimed at increasing internal employee performance and satisfaction,
- To describe the communication channels with customers, shareholders and contractors,
- To provide the continuity of the infrastructure / service by using resources effectively, efficiently and sustainably,
- To provide the necessary integration via making the necessary research and investment with the purpose of using the modern and valid methods, technologies, information and management systems required by the age,
- To comply with the terms of the, regulations of national and international authorities, legal regulations and mandatory standards,
- To realize the necessary endeavoring so as to increase the quality awareness of all our employees,
- To maintain improvement activities, which turn into the natural behavior of employees with risk-oriented process analyses and development projects, as an important element of the Company's culture.
Tezmaksan has decided to establish a Quality Management System ("QMS") in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard in order to protect the quality policy belongs to itself, its customers and third-party addressees. QMS is in line with our corporate goals. In order to operate the quality processes and QMS in a healthy way, necessary roles have been defined, responsibilities have been determined and those in charge have been assigned. These responsibilities include especially management, all units, customers as third parties, all sub-suppliers and suppliers who provide technical support. With the establishment of the QMS in our Company, it has been aimed to identify the existing and possible risks in all areas within the scope, to evaluate them periodically, to reduce them to an acceptable level through criticizing them with the appropriate controls in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, and to keep the quality system alive within the institution by applying the risk assessment procedure. In this context, our Company undertakes to fulfill the requirements of quality management standards, to satisfy the legal requirements related to QMS, to activate all applicable controls, and also to continuously improve the QMS at regular intervals every year with new application areas and developing technology.
The main principles of our quality policy are;

Tezmaksan, which has been continuing to increase its investments in order to carry the quality and technology standard it offers to a higher level; has demonstrated the importance attached to quality by the "Perfectionism 3 Star Competency Award" it has received after the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate and has kept the technology it has and offers in a perfect condition with its ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certificate.
