Supporting Over 30,000 Women with “Women’s Touch in Industry”

With the goal of increasing women’s participation in industry, Aydoğdu spearheaded the “Women’s Touch in Industry” project. This initiative has reached over 30,000 women across 40 cities, offering them opportunities to gain professional skills. By integrating women into the industrial workforce, the project contributes not only to their personal development but also introduces a new perspective to the sector.

Beyond the industrial sector, Fatma Aydoğdu is also actively involved in various civil society organizations that support women in business. As Vice President of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board, she participates in initiatives that promote female entrepreneurship and conducts awareness campaigns on platforms aimed at increasing women’s employment.
